A smart boy named Hamid lived in a small town; his father worked at a shop and always taught him, “Son! It does not matter if a man has less wealth, but if there is no truth and trustworthiness, he loses everything.”
One day on his return from school, Hamid found a wallet on the way, which contained a lot of money and an ID card. Hamid thought that these money could buy him his favorite toys, but he remembered what his father had said. He struggled through the night, but eventually won his training.
Arriving at school the next day, he handed over the wallet to his teacher; the teacher found the owner of the wallet with the help of an identity card.
Not long after, the wallet owner, an elderly man, arrived at the school. Seeing the wallet, a wave of joy ran over his face as it contained money for the necessary expenses of his home. He said prayers to Hamid, “Son! Had it not been for this money, it would have been difficult for me to live. ”
Hamid smiled and replied, “Uncle! My father taught that trust should not be betrayed.”
The teacher and all the children lavished praise on Hamid for this truthfulness and honesty. The peace of heart that Hamid found that day gave him a firm resolve to speak the truth and be trustworthy forever.
