When Maulana Muhammad Ajmal entered the house, everyone's faces looked white like milk; his son immediately said:
“Father, they … took Brother John.”
He listened to the news with calmness and patience, took a look at everyone, then said:
“They told me what, why are they taking it?”
“Didn't say anything, didn't answer any of our questions.” “Well, don't worry , remember Allah, He is our protector, I go to Sheikh Sahib, take him to the police station, if there is no lawyer, these people don't even speak directly, just pray to Allah.”
And then they left the house; Sheikh Anwar was their lawyer; they reached their office and told them that the police had taken their eldest son; Sheikh Anwar's forehead was bruised. He got up at the same time and reached the police station in his area with them.
Maulana Muhammad Ajmal himself was not a less famous man, then he came with his lawyer, the in-charge of the police station met him:
"Tell me what I can do."
"On what charge have you arrested Maulana Sahib's son Muhammad Akmal?" Sheikh Anwar said.
"We have...arrested the son of Maulana, who told you this?" he said in surprise.
"What do you mean! So you didn't get arrested."
"Not at all, not at all. The register of arrests is lying in front of you...look."
"What will I do after seeing this, you arrest people and lock them up without registering in it."
"Come on!" I will show you all the reference rooms.
"But then...how can she arrest someone from your area without knowing which area she was from?"
"Yes!" This is what you asked about work...Nowadays, a separate police force has been established for the arrests that are being made in connection with terrorism. It does not belong to any area, in the whole city, wherever they get information about the presence of a terrorist, they will reach there and arrest that person.
"I know this... I also know where his office is, but in principle, I should have come here first."
"Yes!" This is right.
The lawyer Sheikh Anwar felt his sarcasm well and then said to Maulana Muhammad Ajmal:

Now he reached the Terrorist Police Force office. The in-charge here spoke to them in a very rude manner. On hearing the name of Muhammad Akmal Khan, his face became pale, and he said angrily:
"So you have come in relation to this terrorist."
"He is not a terrorist, you have been misinformed," Sheikh Anwar said.
"You take us for fools."
"No, why do we think you are stupid?" he said immediately.
"First we got information about him, then we investigated and when we were sure that he is a terrorist, then we arrested him."
"Please inform us of your investigation as well."
"We are not that stupid, we will present evidence in court."
"Good point, when are you taking him to court?"
"They have taken physical remand by presenting it, they have taken fourteen days' remand, you cannot release them before fourteen days... because this is a case of terrorism."
"Has he committed terrorism?" Maulana Muhammad Ajmal could not be spared.
"No, he was the one who did it. We have full proof of this," he said.
"Let's go Maulana...they won't listen to us," Sheikh Anwar said.
"No one will listen," he said.
They did not give any answer and they came out. Maulana Muhammad Ajmal's face was now one color, then another was going away.
"Do your sons have such a mind?"
"No, not at all."
"I consult my lawyer friends, you go home, the problem is what evidence they have, while you say that Muhammad Akmal is absolutely not related to any kind of terrorism."
"That's exactly the point, if he was related to any such group and I knew about it, I would never hide it from you, you know this very well."
"Yes!" That's the point, don't worry, all of us lawyers will sit down and consider what can be done in this regard.

"Yes!" I am also concerned about this...but we don't have a solution for it at the moment."
"But I have a solution," Maulana Muhammad Ajmal said in a calm voice.
"Solution...which solution?" Sheikh Anwar was shocked.

And then they came home. The eyes of everyone in the house were fixed on his face... Obviously, he was anxious to know about Akmal. He told what he knew and then said:
"We have only one way to save ourselves from the beating of the policemen and that is to pray to Allah. Everyone will sit in the place of prayer and pray continuously that the police will not touch our child. Amen, the whole house started to pray. During the prayer, prayers were offered and during the rest of the time, hands were raised in prayer, tears flowed from the eyes.
Five days later, Sheikh Anwar and other lawyers were able to secure bail for Muhammad Akmal with great difficulty... Sheikh Anwar and other lawyers had taken the responsibility in the High Court that Muhammad Akmal has no connection with terrorism and the police cannot present any such evidence. Although the public prosecutor claimed that he would present the evidence in court, the court granted bail and said that the police evidence will be examined on a future date, and if the evidence is strong, the bail will be cancelled.
Now he was worried about what kind of evidence the police had. Sheikh Anwar asked Muhammad Akmal questions, but could not come up with any idea. Finally, the date came to appear in the court. Everyone appeared in the court. At that time, the public prosecutor presented a picture in the court. In this picture, Muhammad Akmal was standing in front of a person. The police presented many other photographs of this other person and proved that he is a known terrorist and the police has failed to arrest him so far. Now if Muhammad Akmal has nothing to do with terrorism, why is he standing in front of him.
The court directed to show the photograph to Muhammad Akmal and asked him:
"What do you say about this picture?"
Muhammad Akmal looked at the picture carefully. For a few moments he thought, then he said startled:
"Meeting this person on the way, he asked me for a pen... While walking, he got an idea to write something. I gave him the pen and stood in front of him to take it back, you can see for yourself, the pen is in his hand and now I have this pen, except for this moment I have never seen it in my life.
The lawyer also said:
"And then the photo cannot be presented as evidence in the court."
The court acquitted Muhammad Akmal a few days later. A wave of happiness spread throughout the house. At that time, the members of the house thought:
"Oh yes!" We forgot to ask how the police treated you. Was he beaten or not?
In response to this question, Muhammad Akmal said:
"They had a plan to beat and do all kinds of violence, but then I don't know what happened, they couldn't do it. I don't know why."
Everyone was very surprised to hear this, finally Sheikh Anwar called the police in-charge and asked him:
"We want to know how you guys stopped beating Muhammad Akmal."
The police officer sighed coldly and said:
"Even we couldn't understand this till today. Every time we wanted to start a program to punish him. Something came up or an officer called me or something else happened, but every time Muhammad Akmal escaped. I am still surprised by this." He hung up the phone after saying this. The lawyer told this to all of them. He smiled. Maulana Muhammad Ajmal said in a calm voice:
"Sheikh! All this is the grace of Allah. We only emphasized on prayer, because we had no other means except prayer. Obviously, the prayers we made in these circumstances came from the depths of our hearts. Only Allah protected Muhammad Akmal from them.
"Exactly! Today I found out how much power there is in prayer."
