Not just Nisar, but several other estate agents and individuals were after Rab Nawaz to sell the shop, but Rab Nawaz had refused everyone. He realized that if he waited patiently and sold the shop later, he would get three times the money. So far, the most expensive shop in this market had sold for 4.2 million. According to Rab Nawaz’s estimate, the market value of his shop had now reached between 4.5 to 5 million. He was becoming rich without lifting a finger. He didn't know that his fortune was about to turn suddenly. However, he had resolved in his heart that the day he got his asking price, he would sell the shop immediately.
Today, Guddu Bhai seemed very happy since the morning. Imran and Waseem had also noticed that Guddu Bhai was in high spirits. When Guddu Bhai finished his daily recitation, Waseem finally asked, "Ustad... Masha'Allah... you look very happy today... tell us too, what is the matter?"
"I will tell you... I will definitely tell you. And I will also treat you to sweets. And yes... today, breakfast is on me too," the master said excitedly.
"Oh wow..." Imran laughed. "Looks like you’ve won the lottery... or got a visa for America."
"What is the need to go to America, brother... Allah has blessed me right here; a million thanks to the Almighty," Guddu Bhai said, raising both hands to the sky.
"The breakfast and sweets will come later. First, tell us, Ustad... what happened?" Waseem asked.
"You know my daughter... whose proposal was finalized... the date was set yesterday... consider it done... she is getting married at the end of this year," Guddu Bhai’s joy knew no bounds.
"Congratulations Ustad... many, many congratulations... then breakfast must be a grand one... this is indeed such happy news... our sister is getting married... bravo!" Imran and Waseem were delighted.
Then Guddu Bhai gave money to Imran for breakfast. Imran quickly brought the food.

"What do you think...? Does anything come to mind?" Jamshed Sahab looked at Rab Nawaz. Rab Nawaz started nodding.
"Yes... the point makes sense... I hadn't thought of this."
"That is why they say consult your own people; it is beneficial... If you sell the shop, consider it slaughtering the goose that lays golden eggs... Now is the time to eat the eggs, dear... when the time comes to slaughter it, do that too. What do you think?" Jamshed was twirling his mustache.
"Yes, friend... you gave excellent advice," Rab Nawaz said gratefully.
"So, at the first opportunity, get rid of this chickpea seller Guddu... and have your younger brother open a chickpea shop instead... the poor guy has already built up the business with his hard work, now your brother will eat the fruit," Jamshed said laughing.
"His name is Guddu... not Gudda... although, friend... I will feel a little bad... the poor man did all the hard work, and now that the shop is established, I am kicking him out... this would be cruel, Jamshed." Even a greedy man like Rab Nawaz felt a bit hesitant.
"Oh brother... Maulvi Sanaullah... which world do you live in...?" Jamshed Sahab waved his hand in front of Rab Nawaz's eyes.
"What is happening everywhere around here... this is exactly what is happening... what is cruel about this... this is how people progress these days... this kindness and honesty only exist in stories... otherwise, in reality, everything goes... those who preach virtue... they are not lacking either... whoever gets an opportunity... shows their true colors... what do you think?"
"Hmm... that is true... okay... I will go tomorrow and tell him to vacate the shop..." Rab Nawaz looked at him smiling.
"Live long, my friend... looks like the idea has clicked in your head."
"Super clicked," Rab Nawaz replied with a loud laugh.

It was this time when Rab Nawaz told Guddu Bhai to vacate the shop and left after giving him one month's notice. Now Guddu Bhai sat there exhausted. How did this happen so suddenly? For three years, he had worked heart and soul to establish this business. He had the trash in front cleaned up. Because of his hard work, the value of the surrounding shops had automatically reached the sky. People started coming to his shop from far away. Apart from his delicious chickpea chaat, people were also admirers of his cheerful nature and character. He had built strong friendships with many people. But today, by asking him to vacate the shop, Rab Nawaz had destroyed everything.
"Ustad... you are also too much of a gentleman..." Imran expressed his frustration. "What was the need to say yes immediately... you should have stood your ground... told him you worked so hard on this spot... how can we just vacate it like this..."
"Friend... I cannot handle this fighting and arguing..." Guddu Bhai’s voice was choked. He couldn't understand what to do next.
"But he is the owner of the shop."
"Being the owner doesn't mean someone else works hard and he can just coldly tell them to vacate the shop and leave anytime..." Waseem was angry as well as worried.
"Friend, whatever has happened, has happened... my heart says that Allah will not leave us like this... some way will be found... just wait and see..." The first wave of sorrow and anxiety had passed over Guddu Bhai. Now he had started to compose himself.
After this, he started looking for a shop. He also mentioned this worry to many of his customers. They also expressed their regret. He didn't want to tell his family at home, but his wife sensed the anxiety on his face.
"Is everything alright! I have been seeing you quiet for two days... you aren't even answering properly."
"Yes, everything is... just like that... feeling a bit unwell," Guddu Bhai said.
"There is something... I know your habits."
"Oh brother, nothing happened... you don't worry unnecessarily."
"So should I be happy seeing your condition... tell me... what has happened?"
Finally, Guddu Bhai had to tell the whole story. At first, his wife was also a bit worried, but she quickly composed herself.
"Don't worry... Insha'Allah everything will be fine," his wife comforted him. Then, suddenly, everything became fine.
By chance, he found a shop nearby. A man had just bought this shop. He used to come to the market with his family. He knew Guddu Bhai and also ate chaat from his shop. When he learned about Guddu Bhai’s worry, he immediately told him that he had bought a shop nearby. "You come there. Pay me the same rent you are paying here."
This solved the problem entirely. Even before the one-month notice expired, Guddu Bhai shifted to the new shop. Guddu Bhai put up a banner in front of the old shop stating that "Guddu Golden Chaat" shop had shifted a few shops away. On the first, he vacated the shop, and within a week, Rab Nawaz had his younger brother Akbar open a chickpea and golgappa shop there. Everyone gets their destined share of sustenance; no one can snatch away someone else’s livelihood. All of Guddu Bhai’s customers started coming to his new shop; it was just a temporary shock, and then work started just the same. Guddu Bhai began to say:
